Marketing and Sales Manager

We are looking for a well-organized Marketing and Sales Manager, a true gamer at heart to manage the content on the main page, lead key marketing projects, promote games, manage marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities at a company. Take steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the releases pipeline for new games and making sure they get the proper visibility.
  • Creating and executing outstanding promotional activities for our key releases in cooperation with other Marketing team members.
  • Working hand-in-hand with our key partners including developers, publishers (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo) and external agencies.
  • Optimizing and managing processes related to direct communication with users including newsletters, notifications etc.
  • Plan marketing and branding objectives.
  • Managing and enhancing a company's brand in the public's eye.
  • Creating and executing a sales and discounts strategy
  • Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Prepare and adhere to budgets.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent.
  • Gather and analyze customer insight.
  • Engage consumers on social media.
  • Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
  • Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years‘ experience in an independent role within marketing, preferably in the digital distribution industry
  • Be able to easily communicate and write in English.
  • Experience successfully working with and managing productive relationships with external agency partners.
  • Be able to analyze hard data (website traffic, conversions, sales data etc.), deliver in-depth insights, draw actionable conclusions, and conduct marketing actions according to your analysis.
  • Have a great communication skills and be at the master level in compromising between all parties involved in a particular project.
  • Be proactive, bring new ideas, always strive to do things better and at the same time keep everything well organized.

  • At least 2-year experience in developing computer games and other forms of interactive entertainment.

  • Ability to perform specific tasks strictly on time. The work of the whole team depends on your performance.
  • Diligence and reliability. You do not need constant supervision.
  • Ability to learn fast and use new technologies.
  • Pro-active attitude to new challenges. You do not use phrases such as "can't do it" or "impossible".
  • Readiness to move to Kraków.
  • A diploma to confirm your abilities (not a must).
